Structural Steel Fabrication
Structural Steel fabrication has become a mainstay for Spallinger Millwright Services and has fueled the growth of our shop. We now boast over 65,000 sq foot fab shop equipped with a Peddinghaus beam saw/drill line, Ficep Angle line, plasma burn table, and an automated shot blaster.
Our two – 375’x 80’ bays served by 6 overhead cranes give our skilled fabricators the ability to handle large and difficult-to-fabricate trusses and frames. All of our fabricated steel shipments, including oversized loads, are delivered with our own trucks, so we can best accommodate our customer’s job-site needs. Galvanized, primed, or painted we can accommodate whatever finish is required.
At SMS we work with General Contractors on projects such as:
