Autoclaves
Autoclave fabrication (part of our pressure vessel division) represents a special niche in our fabrication capabilities. We can design, fabricate, paint and finish autoclaves ready for installation or simply fabricate a shell and door from your drawings. Custom designs are no problem, as we are able to accommodate numerous options. For example, we offer: steam or electric heat, internal or external insulation, and various control units.
We have produced Autoclaves for several applications, including:

SMS can also help you with material handling solutions for your autoclave. We can design and fabricate integrated cart and monorail systems to make getting your products in and out of the autoclave faster and easier.
All of our products are backed by a limited warranty and we also offer on-site repair service for any of the autoclaves we produce. Replacement parts, such as door seals, fans and heating elements are usually kept in stock and available to keep you up and running.
